Graham founded the company with his father in the early 50s and continues to work tirelessly to ensure that all clients receive the attention they deserve. Graham often visits premises to provide quotations and assess the viability of a project. Graham is a keen motorcyclist and is a member of the Cotswold Vintage Motorcycle club.
Paul joined the company in the early 1980s and is a key asset to the company. Since becoming a partner in 1988 Paul has been the driving force behind the modernisation of the company, implementing many essential practices and policies, essential to any thriving business. A keen cyclist and home brew enthusiast Paul is the man most clients will speak to to make sure every aspect of their event or wedding is exactly how the dreamed it would be.
Graham’s son Matt joined the company after leaving college in 1993 (and become a full partner and shareholder in 2010) and naturally took on the role of Operations Director, ensuring that everyone knows where they should be and what they should be doing. Amongst Matts many skills are his innate knack of how to do things quicker and better. He has a 'Hawk eye' and can always spot when someone need some friendly guidance and knows almost down to the last peg what equipment is available.
James is the most recent team leader at Mudway Workman with over 5 years experience. James often erects the 'difficult' marquees, in tight spaces with troublesome joins, footing and long walks. He is a 'fixer' and often makes the extra journey out to marquees to supply extra tables, change window walls and help with final tweaks.
Neil has worked for Mudway Workman for over 15 yrs and brings a wealth of experience, perfect for trouble shooting and managing the workforce. Neal's key asset is to keep all the workers motivated as days in the summer can stretch to 12+ hours. A specialist is dealing with large corporate frame marquees, his attention to detail is always appreciated by clients and the management team.
